CBD is one of several compounds found in the cannabis plant (phytocannabinoids) that is known to activate the endogenous cannabinoid system (ECS) in the human body - a network of neurons, neural pathways, receptors, cells, and enzymes that work together to maintain a state of internal physiological and biochemical balance, called homeostasis. Our own bodies produce naturally occurring endocannabinoids to help maintain homeostasis and when we don't produce eough, we may develop a deficiency. The ECS can influence functions in the brain, including memory, mood, pain, cognition, emotions, mobiity and inflammation.
 
This batch is made by tincturing in pure grain alcohol the "Mendocino Purp" hemp flower (Cannabis sativa) after decarboxillation. Grown in Colorado, the total cannabinoids profile is 22.30% with 21.26% CBD and below the legal limit of THC (0.26%).  The 60 ml bottle contains about 1,200mgs of cannabinoid. 
 
Ingredients: Hemp (Cannabis sativa) flowers; pure grain alcohol
 
Directions: Shake well; 1 ml (1/4 tsp) up to 3-4 times a day diluted in your favorite beverage or tea; keep out of reach of children; store in a cool, dark place.
